Which program is the best?
I have to, in all honesty, say that I don't know. I'm not a pro yet, but it seems to me there are plenty to choose from, and like anything else, I'm sure there are great things about each one. I've done some research and have listed some of the programs that I've found, as well as tips and reviews from the pros--at least it's all in one place so you can see for yourself and make an informed decision!
If you are already a photoshop or Publisher or any kind of layout program user, that's great! Just use whatever you've got and whatever you know!
The programs that are designed specifically for scrapbooking are a lot cheaper than the more professional programs, as well as easier to use, from what I gather. You can go either way, depending on...YOU! Everyone is different, so make the best decision according to you, your prefernces, and your STYLE!

Even more programs to choose from! Good site with clear reviews on a few other programs! Like I said, I was shocked to find out just how much there is out there about scrapbooking! I like the fact that she mentions MS word as an option, esp for beginnersl!
