If you don't have any of those fancy or complicated programs, but still want to do digital scrapbooking (I mean really, which mom wouldn't?) you can just as easily us MS powerpoint! I did mine simply, but you can add all sorts of embellishments and "stickers" (clip art) if that's your style! --Or simple and cute, beautiful, classy, or whatever you like!
